Floating Sheerleg

Floating sheerlegs are crane vessels that are able to lift very heavy loads. They are used to recover wracks or execute various lifting activities at sea or in ports, such as the lifting of offshore modules, the installation of foundations for wind turbines at sea, the erection of bridges, etc. In some cases, these crane vessels are self-sailing or equipped with a DP system.
