From former car inspection site to "tailor-made" commercial building
The site enjoys a good visible location in front along the Schaarbeeklei and also has good access via the Harensesteenweg as well as via the future access road along the 4 Fonteinen project. When purchasing this site, the role it could play in this adjacent urban renewal project was a very decisive factor for us. e. The location and optimal access also make this site extremely suitable for a wide range of business activities. We successfully leased the existing industrial buildings and grounds for several years to two permanent end users (De Lijn and the tiling company Carro Salva).
Given our exit from the 4 Fonteinen project, this site was no longer of strategic importance to us and we made the decision to divest it in view of new development opportunities. The sale of this industrial site to the tenant Carro Salvo was completed in early 2022.
