Izegem Dac'art, more than living alongside the canal

Alongside the canal Roeselare-Lys, we are realising the residential project Dac'art. The appropriate name of this project is an ironic reference to Dacar-Michiels, the animal feed company that used to be established on this site and was left abandoned for many years. Dac'art also refers to the art of living: refined architecture at the waterfront, in the immediate vicinity of the city centre and just a stone's throw away from the green towpath and hinterland.
