2023 will be the year of FIT on our civil construction sites. Every week, we tour our construction sites in Belgium with our FIT Cup. Every Thursday, our colleagues compete against each other and against fellow construction sites in a challenging hexathlon. Yesterday, we parked our FIT cup, for a tenth round, at VRT's new construction site.

Heart of Brussels, it is 4pm. Bewildered and somewhat unfamiliar, the FIT Cup participants emerge. But, Wesley Sonck immediately breaks the ice and gets the team ready for the FIT cup. Team VRT relaxes and shows real team spirit. As the cup gets started, even the sun comes out after a fierce thunderstorm. The team makes it a top edition and breaks no less than three records together.
The FIT-cup in a nutshell
Running 500 metres, hanging from a monkey bar for as long as possible, rowing 500 metres, throwing high points in darts, pushing a heavy weight as much as possible and cycling 1000 metres: that was what awaited the participants.
