October was a month full of FIT

With our well-being programme FIT, together with all JDN'ers, we will be eating healthier (Food), paying attention to everyone's well-being (In Balance) and getting moving (Training & sports).

October was a month full of FIT for Jan De Nul! Lots of our colleagues joined in on the fun and we are happy to share that with you. We give you a review of the Autumn Walks, the Sports Day, Brussels Ekiden and the workshop ‘Learn to Relax’.
