The atypically located ex-Gedimat site is within walking distance from shops and public facilities and is currently being redeveloped into a residential area with 15 apartments, 23 dwellings with a private garden and an underground car park. The project area is very accessible, both through the Boekstraat and the Pater de Dekenstraat, and is integrated optimally into the neighbourhood with maximum input from the local residents.
